Where do you ship to and can I pick up my order?

We ship worldwide. If you don’t see your country listed at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

At this time we only ship orders. We do not allow will calls or order pick ups as we do not have a retail location and our warehouse is not setup for the public.

Tracking information is provided via emailed for every order including international orders. Please note depending on the shipping carrier, tracking information may not be available or may show as ‘invalid tracking number’ for up to 24 hours.

When will my order ship?

All products listed on our website are in stock at our warehouse unless otherwise stated. All in stock orders ship same business day, Monday-Friday (excluding Federal Holidays) if the order is placed before 1:00pm PST. Orders placed after 1:00pm PST are shipped the following business day. All orders are shipped from the Vape Royalty Headquarters located in Southern California (USA).

When will I receive my order?

We ship to almost every country in the world and do our best to ensure orders are shipped and delivered as soon as possible. While most orders are delivered on or before the estimated delivery date that is provided on the tracking number, the delivery date shown on the tracking number are only an estimate and are not guaranteed by the shipping carrier.

Most orders shipping to the USA arrive within 1-5 business days of the order shipping; excluding Federal Holidays. The transit time vastly depends on the shipping method you choose and your location. If you are in need of your order as soon as possible, we suggest choosing the fastest shipping method available during checkout.

For orders shipping outside of the USA, due to each countries custom regulations,estimated arrival dates and transit times may vary. We strongly advise choosing DHL as the shipping carrier as they are the fastest international shipping method available and provide the most reliable estimated arrival time. We also suggest you check your tracking number often for the most up to date information and most accurate estimated delivery date for your package.

How do I exchange or return a product?

Most products can be exchanged within a specific amount of time as long as they are unused, unopened, and in new condition, exactly how we shipped it to you. There are products that for sanitary or lawful reasons we cannot accept an exchange or return on regardless if they are in new condition which is why we encourage your to fully read the product descriptions we provide, carefully look at the product images, and contact us if you have any questions prior to placing your order. To determine if the product you have purchase can be exchanged or returned, please visit our returns page.

How do I warranty a product I’ve received?

Each manufacture determines if warranty their products and if so, how their warranty on their products are handled. As long as the manufacture of the product you have purchased warranties that product, we can guide you through the steps in warranting your product if you find it is defective. While many warranties are handled through us, some manufactures require warranties be handled directly through them, in which we will inform you when you contact us.

Prior to contacting us regarding a product warranty, please visit our warranty page to ensure the product in question is warrantied by the manufacture. Some products, such as e-juice do not come with a manufacture warranty. In these cases we suggest contacting the manufacture as in some cases the manufacture (and this is especially true for e-juice manufactures) will work with you directly to warranty their product as a curtesy.

When will I receive a reply after contacting you?

Your email is important to us. Our customer support team replies to emails in the order they are received Monday-Friday 10:00am-5:00pm PST excluding Federal Holidays. Due the high-volume of incoming daily emails submitted by customers like yourself that have question and need help from our support team, it may take up to one full business day to receive a response.

We do ask that you avoid sending multiple emails and instead wait for a reply from one of our representatives. All emails submitted through our contact form are received by our customer support representatives in a rotation. Submitted multiple emails results in multiple representatives receiving one of the emails you have submitted or in some cases it results in triggering our spam filter. Both of which causes a delay in response time.
