I ordered 8 Harambes but received 2 Harambes and 6 Excision Virus. Customer service was quick n attentive to my situation up until I was sent a return label and was told when I shipped the incorrect items back is when I’ll get shipped my correct items….AND I had to travel 14 miles to a UPS store…return label wasn’t for USPS even though that’s how it was delivered.
As soon as I let the representative know how inconvenient this is for me when I DIDNT MAKE THE ERROR, I never heard back…I wonder if I’ll get a coupon for the inconvenience….an apology…

The harambe by excision needed to be warmed up in a hot water bath and shaken a lot. (As I will do with all my ejuice). The flavor really comes through in a nice way with fruity tones. Not weak
